Hebl made the announcement at a press conference held at the house where he grew up in Sun Prairie. The house is now home to 70 children at the Ginger Bread House, a daycare and preschool.
“I’m running for the Senate for one simple reason: I want to help ensure everyone has a chance at the American dream,” Hebl stated. “Put simply, I believe everyone should have the chance to work hard and have hard work pay, and everyone should have the chance to live in strong, healthy families and communities,” he added.
